 Beth McGuffin is a passionate author, coach, meditation guide, and speaker devoted to helping women reconnect with their Divine Worth, deepen their relationship with God, and create lives rooted in peace, purpose, and sustainable well-being. 

Rooted in her own journey of learning to lead from the heart with God as her guide, Beth gently supports women in releasing pressure, embracing healthy boundaries, receiving support, and learning to rest in God’s presence. Her work helps women move beyond striving and over-responsibility into a more grounded, grace-filled way of living and leading.

As the founder of From the Heart Coaching & Publishing, Beth equips women to rediscover their identity in Christ, reconnect with God’s wisdom within, and live in greater alignment with their God-given purpose. Through her signature Rest to Rise framework, she helps women cultivate sustainable rhythms of rest, self-nourishment, reflection, and inspired action that support both personal well-being and meaningful work.

Her approach honors sacred rhythms and God’s timing, inviting women to move forward with greater clarity, peace, trust, and confidence. Grounded in deep faith, lived experience, and Spirit-led wisdom, Beth offers a blend of compassionate encouragement and practical tools that support healing, personal growth, emotional well-being, and transformation.

Beth holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning, Special Education from Liberty University, a Graduate Certificate in e-Learning Technology and Design, Instructional Design from Jones International University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University. Her academic background is complemented by her work as a certified Self-Care and Boundaries Coach, and Meditation Coach. 

She also brings extensive training in Emotional Freedom Techniques, along with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, mental wellness support, and holistic client care. Her certifications include Adult Mental Health First Aid through The National Council for Mental Wellbeing, CPR and AED, and advanced training in motivational interviewing, communication, emotional boundaries, mindfulness-based self-care, and supportive care practices. This depth allows her to meet women where they are and guide them forward with both compassion and practical insight.

Through her books, workshops, retreats, guided meditations, and coaching programs, Beth has impacted women around the world, helping them reconnect with God’s love, embrace their worth, create healthier boundaries, and live with greater peace, purpose, and alignment.

She is known for her nurturing presence, deep listening, and ability to offer grounded, actionable guidance that creates meaningful and lasting transformation.

Beth lives in Southern California with her soulmate husband, their amazing young adult children, and their beloved granny dog. She finds joy in peaceful moments at the beach with a warm chai tea and delights in visiting theme parks as a source of inspiration, wonder, and creativity.
